And why is that hard? ⠀ Well, number one, there's no smoking gun. They've never screwed anything up bad enough that you can just be like, that's terrible, you're out. And if you go after them, everybody's going to look at you and say, but everybody loves Bob. ⠀ Like, he's always picking up work. Yeah, the work he does kind of sucks and is often late, but he's always volunteering.
