Today is October 1st, which means a large number of people are joining in the Inktober challenge. I participated for the first time in 2021, drawing in a sketchbook. But I didn’t even manage to complete half of it because I didn’t have a clear idea. The second time, I chose a single theme and created all the illustrations on a tablet in Illustrator. Again, I didn’t complete all the days, but this time it was because I set too challenging tasks. I decided to describe each theme in the illustrations. In 2024, I completed all 31 topics, and I’m very proud of that! Although until the very last moment I doubted whether I would take part. The official Inktober account posted two of my works on its page. I was just floating with happiness back then! By the way, that Inktober piece of mine was also done in an electronic format. Last year, I was ready to take part without any doubts, but this time in the traditional paper format. And what do you think? I only managed to complete 6 topics. I’ve set myself a tough task again. I had an idea for a specific story and came up with my own description for each topic. This year, unfortunately, I decided not to participate, even though I had my doubts — I was already ready with a new concept and had made sketches for the first two topics. But then another idea came to me: to start making conversational videos for you! I was afraid, though. But now I understand that many people liked this format. I’m very grateful to you for your support, and especially for your comments! And I want to wish everyone success and motivation this month!
