Why I do not care at all when people say accounting is boring

I love when people are like accounting is way too boring, I'm so glad I don't do that. Okay, well, I live in my dream city. I can afford basically anything I want to do. I hang out with my friends and go out with them all of the time. I'm going to China for two weeks soon with my best friend and it's going to be the trip of a lifetime. I save a ton of money. I max out my retirement accounts. I have my emergency fund built out. I'm not living paycheck to paycheck. I'm not stressed financially. I never feel behind on chores or errands because the days I work from home give me time to do that. I can also go visit my friends and family all the time and work from there and not use PTO for that, so I can save it for actual travel. I do things after work basically every day and I don't feel tired because I live in an amazing walkable city that I enjoy so much. If I did not like my job, I could get a new one very easily because of the demand in this field. Every single profession is going to have things that suck, but to me accounting has such a good trade-off and I am just so unbelievably grateful for my life. Follow for more accounting content.
