You do not need a four-year degree to get into healthcare. A lot of people are sitting out because they think the only door is medical school or nursing school. It is not. Some of these roles are hired with a high school diploma and on-the-job training. Others take a certificate or a state credential that can be finished in weeks or months, not years. Different paths, same building. If you have been waiting for permission to start, this is it.
