The before and after that created a shockwave on my Stories 🤪 The left is a super raw picture, three days postpartum after coming home from the hospital when I gave birth to Aurora almost three years ago. The right is me now. First, looking like I did on the left after giving birth is completely normal!!! Getting to where I am today wasn’t a quick fix. It took about two years of consistent weight training and learning to nourish myself instead of depriving myself. One of the most surprising things? I’m only about five pounds lighter now. The visual difference is quite crazy- but there’s also postpartum recovery between these pictures. As somebody who went through an eating disorder and had a very unhealthy relationship with myself and food, ditching the scale was a game changer. I don’t think I would have gotten here if I had been weighing myself constantly. I know it would have held me back and played tricks on my mind. Instead, I started guiding myself by how I feel, how my clothes fit, and how much stronger I’m getting. It helped me focus on what matters: consistency. So many women ask me where to start. That’s why I created 21 Days to Shape- a starting point to build momentum, confidence, and a routine you can keep beyond 21 days. My own results took much longer, but those habits have to start somewhere. Go to link in b!o and for a preview of the program: a full 21-day workout routine, a meal plan, and a check-in journal 🤎 #wellness #routine #motivation
