Coldplay really chose the best person to bring this one to life 💛💙 Chris Martin personally invited Avicii into the studio while Coldplay were working on 'Ghost Stories' in 2014, hoping he could bring festival energy to a song Martin had already written. Avicii reportedly built the full electronic version in under an hour, laying down the piano and production that ended up defining the whole thing. The result became one of the most iconic meetings of stadium rock and dance music, and it started a genuine creative relationship between the two. That later led to 'Heaven' being released in 2019 with Chris Martin on vocals.
