Let's make the viral 4 ingredient cheese bread. All you have to do is throw the ingredients into a bowl, zero kneading required. It is so beautiful. I am going to cut this up for spinach dip tomorrow. This makes a killer grilled cheese. You can really use this for whatever you want. This cheese bread actually only requires four simple ingredients which you have all of them at home. I already know that. To a large bowl, I'm going in with 1 and 1/2 cups of warm water. 2 and 1/4 teaspoons of yeast and any yeast is fine, the traditional dry active or the quick rise. Now there is no sugar in this recipe, so we're just going to go in with the rest of our ingredients. We do not have to let our yeast activate, okay? I'm going in with 3 and 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour. Now all you need is cheese, but I want to add some extra seasonings which are optional, so I don't classify them as an ingredient that is needed. It is optional, okay? I'm going in with the Tavern Burger because it is garlic and cheddar. It works. And I have the garlic parmesan. Now I'm just going to give this kind of a gentle mix. Just like that, shaggy. Now we just need some cheese. And you can add any cheese that you want. I'm going in with this triple cheddar and around 2 cups, but again, add as much or as little as you like. I also have some pizza mozzarella. All right. Usually the spatula no longer works. You need to go in with your hands here and we are not kneading it. We are just incorporating all that cheese into the dough. This is how it looks. Just a shaggy ball of dough. We're going to throw it back in here. We're going to cover it and we're going to let it rest about an hour to an hour and a half. We want to let it double in size. It's been about an hour and a half and this is how the dough looks. I got a little distracted by a family of squirrels again. We're going to dump it out. I always miss the mark here. Always try to put it right in the middle. And again, you don't have to do really anything. Just like that. So I'm going to use my Dutch oven for this and I threw it into the oven at 425 for like 20 minutes to really heat up. You do not have to use a Dutch oven. You can use a pot that's safe to go in your oven with like some tin foil. I've even turned this into sandwich bread before by just throwing it into regular bread loaves. It's so foolproof. It doesn't matter what you use, okay? Now I am thinking I probably should use the larger Dutch oven, which will make my bread a lot thinner but wider where I really wanted like a big chunky loaf here. I'm just going to try to push it in a little bit. Be very careful. Looks perfect. Fits beautifully. I'm going to throw a lid onto this into the oven 425. Depending on what you are using this for, you can absolutely add more cheese to the top as well. I'm going to end up cutting this up because I'm making spinach dip, so let's not waste any more cheese. It's perfect. It baked for 25 minutes at 425 degrees with the lid on. Then I removed the lid and continued baking for 10 minutes. So 25 minutes with the lid on and 10 minutes with the lid off. Everybody always loves this recipe when I show it. And just like that, a beautiful cheese bread for you to do whatever you want with. This makes killer grilled cheese.
