My 29-year-old son is obsessed with this dance

I’m 59, and I wanted to keep up with my 29-year-old son—so I started making these 10 things part of my routine: ☀️ 1. Morning sunlight, no sunglasses—ten minutes. Helps bring cortisol back down naturally, one of the biggest contributors to visible aging. 🔋 2. Liposomal NAD every morning—my non-negotiable. I waited two years before finally giving it a try. Biggest mistake. After 50, NAD+ levels decline significantly, and by week three, the change in my skin and energy was something I couldn’t explain away. I’ve taken it every morning ever since. (Link in bio 🧬) 💧 3. Water before coffee. You wake up dehydrated, so rehydrate first—or that flat, crepey look can deepen by noon. 🥩 4. 30g of protein at every meal. Muscle is the anti-aging organ. Most women over 40 eat roughly half of what their bodies actually need. 🧴 5. SPF every single day, even indoors. Up to 90% of visible aging comes from UV damage, and those rays come through windows too. 🌙 6. Retinol at night, vitamin C in the morning. Supports cell turnover while you sleep, with brightening and skin support during the day. 😴 7. Glycine before bed. Helps lower your core temperature for deeper, more restorative sleep. 🐟 8. Omega-3s daily. Supports your skin’s natural moisture barrier, helping it retain hydration and stay resilient. 💆‍♀️ 9. Gua sha with real pressure. Use firm strokes along your jaw and cheekbones. Soft strokes do nothing. 🚶‍♀️ 10. A daily walk outdoors. Circulation shows up right in your skin. Staying consistent is the whole secret. Simple and boring on purpose. That’s exactly why it works ✨ Check my profile for what gives me the most energy to keep up ⚡ Disclaimer: I’m not a doctor or a dermatologist. I’m just your average 59-year-old who wants to age naturally. #womenover50 #agelessbeauty #skincareroutine #GlowUp #antiagingtips
