They keep me young. I keep reminding them I've still got it. 😏😂 At 59, I'm not trying to compete with the younger generation. I'm just making sure I have the energy to enjoy life right alongside them. To dance. 💃 To train. 💪 To travel. ✈️ To make unforgettable memories. ❤️ And occasionally remind the kids that I've still got a few moves they haven't seen. 😎 Because here's something I've learned... ENERGY IS FREEDOM. ⚡️ Freedom to say YES. Freedom to stay active. Freedom to make memories instead of sitting on the sidelines. And at this age, that means everything. Of course, I take care of the fundamentals: movement, strength, nutrition, sleep and recovery. But there's one thing I wish I'd started paying attention to YEARS ago. NAD+. 🧬 It's a molecule your body relies on for cellular energy production, metabolism and countless essential functions. And here's the part nobody told me... As we age, our NAD+ levels naturally decline. That's one of the reasons I started making NAD+ support part of my morning routine. Because I'm not interested in simply accepting that getting older means slowing down. I want to keep showing up. Keep moving. Keep exploring. Keep saying YES to life. 💛 Supporting my body's cellular health is one more way I invest in the future version of myself. No chasing my 30-year-old body. No pretending I can stop time. Just taking care of the body I have so I can keep doing the things I love for as long as possible. ❤️ And trust me... When the music starts, I'm NOT sitting this one out. 💃🔥 Check my profile for the one thing that keeps my energy going. I'm not a doctor, just your average 59-year-old sharing what's become part of my personal wellness routine. Individual results vary. Move more. Live fully. Age fearlessly. 💛 #womenover50 #agelessbeauty #antiaging #healthyaging #usa🇺🇸
