PRAKTISI MENGAJAR 📖 Being a practitioner lecturer at Universitas Negeri Malang has been such a meaningful experience for me. Through the *Language Learning Assessment* course, I had the opportunity to share not only what I have learned from books and theories, but also the realities of assessment in everyday classroom practice. It was exciting to bring my experiences as a school teacher into the university classroom and connect what we learn in theory with what actually happens in the field. More than sharing practical knowledge, I hope this experience reminds my students that becoming a teacher is a journey worth pursuing. Teaching is not only about delivering lessons or assessing students’ performance. It is also about continuously growing, questioning our practices, and helping others grow through what we know.
