Crockpot White Chicken Chili This white chicken chili is SO creamy, packed with flavor, and seriously one of the easiest dinners to throw together. Just dump everything in the crockpot and let it do its thing! INGREDIENTS: * 1-2 lbs breasts (I used 2 lbs) * 1 packet chili seasoning @Fire & Smoke Society * 2 cans corn, drained * 1 can black beans drained * 2 cans Great Northern beans drained * 1 can Rotel * 1 can cream of chicken soup * 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese * 2 cups chicken broth * 1 cup heavy whipping cream * Shredded cheese, for topping * Fresh avocado, for topping * Tortilla chips, for topping EXTRA SEASONINGS: * 1 tsp garlic powder * 1 tsp onion powder * 1 tsp smoked paprika * 1 tsp cowboy butter seasoning * ½ tsp Slap Ya Mama seasoning * ½ tsp black pepper * ½ tsp oregano INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Add all ingredients (except the toppings) directly into your crockpot. 2. Give everything a good stir, cover, and cook on HIGH for approximately 3–4 hours, or until the chicken reaches 165°F. 3. About 30 minutes before it’s done, remove the chicken breasts, shred them with two forks, and add the shredded chicken back into the crockpot. 4. Stir everything together and let it finish cooking for another 30 minutes until it’s nice and creamy. 5. Serve in a bowl and top with shredded cheese, fresh avocado, and crushed tortilla chips! SO easy, comforting, and perfect for a cozy night in! 🤍 Save this recipe for your next crockpot dinner! 🍲 #whitechickenchili #crockpotrecipes #SlowCookerRecipes #easydinnerrecipes #comfortfood
