This 30 min cozy, creamy marry me chicken pasta w mini meatballs was like a warm lil hug, so delicious so comforting and seriously one of our new favorites🤎🍁 Meatballs: 1 lb ground chicken 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp salt 1 tsp dried basil 1 tsp herbs de Provence 1/2 tsp black pepper 1 egg 3 tsp garlic 1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs 1/4 cup milk (Mix all together, shape into little balls and sautee in oil.) Pasta instructions: Using 2 tsp of sun dried tomato oil, sautee 1 onion. Add in 2 tsp garlic, 3 sun dried tomatoes, and 1 tbs tomato paste. Cook for few min. Add in 6 cuos chicken broth, and 2 cups heavy whipping cream. Next add 1 lb of your choice pasta (I used Orecchiette). Once pasta is cooked, add your cooked meatballs, handful of spinach, more paprika, 3 tbs chopped fresh basil, 3 tbs chopped fresh parsley, and 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan. Taste and add more seasonings if needed.
