This Boursin Marry Me Gnocchi w chicken was just so delicious, we’re obsessed with one pot meals over here if you can’t tell 🤪🤎 Season 2 chicken breasts with your favorite seasonings, pan sear then cook in oven at 350 until reaches 165. Sautee 1 diced onion, add 2 tbs garlic, 2 tbs tomato paste, and 3 sun dried tomatoes.next add 2 tsp of the following: salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, oregano. Add in 3 cups of chicken broth, and 1 lb of Gnocchi. Cook until the Gnocchi is cooked through (package instructions). Add in 1 cup heavy whipping cream, 1 block of Boursin cheese, 1 cup shredded Parmesan, let boil for 7-10 min to thicken up. Add in spinach leaves (about 2 handfuls) and additional spices if needed.
