Does the yolk of the egg change the color of your pigment? No, it does not change the color of my pigment. Even my white, I can put the yolk in it and once I mix it all up, it will have a tinge of yellow, but I swear to you when I paint with it, it is pure as pure as white. Do your paintings smell?
