How many leaves are in this egg tempera painting? Hi guys. So there's a lot of amazing guesses out there for how many leaves are in this painting and I'm going to reveal that answer right now. And this painting has 1,012 leaves. Thank you guys so much. So I've also gotten a lot of questions about the longevity of my paintings, if my paintings will mold or if they will rot over time. And the answer is no. So if I've done my job right and has prepared the gesso and the paint the way it should be, these paintings should last hopefully hundreds of years after I'm dead. And they say a hundred years or a few hundred years is because we still have egg tempera paintings from way back then in museums today and that you could still go see. So this medium is very archival and it can last a very long time. And that has always been something that is very important to me when I create my work. I always try to ensure that these paintings can last or live longer than me and way past my lifetime. So thank you for all the questions. It's been so great. I'm so amazed that everybody's so interested. So thank you guys so much.
