This is a classic mistake made by most new BDRs. The goal of a voicemail is not to get a callback from the prospect. We want to use the voicemail transcription feature properly so that we can get the prospect to do something we'd like them to do. The next time you leave a voicemail, I want you saying this: Hey John, no need to call me back. I'm about to send over an email with the subject line just called. If you could give me some feedback, I'd really appreciate it. This is Jordan with ABC company.
