This problem could ruin our company. There's always a problem. To keep up with the amount of orders we've been getting, we bought this machine, a flow-wraper. It pulls our chocolate in and packages it up automatically. But the material we normally use with our bars doesn't work with this machine. That's not a big problem. We found a new supplier, placed in order, flew down to their facility to approve the print run and signed off on the samples. The samples looked amazing. So the order was approved and all we needed to do was wait for it to arrive. Something's off. What do you mean? It looks great. No, it Because of a printing error, all of our rappers were covered with weird dots. As you can imagine, we weren't happy. I signed off on a sample, we agree, we do business. You send me the product and it's defective. It could deter customers to buy my product. If you don't accept that, they're not going to shoot the order and then you're not further ahead. No, but then we're going to get into illegal. I don't want it, but what are we going to do? Now, I that's my best seller. So we're trapped between a rock in a hard place. To not waste packaging, we timed it so that the new stuff would come in just as we used the last of the old packages. So now it's either we pack our bars in the safe to use but totally off brand funky wrappers or we don't ship out any bars in the next five weeks. Which would literally put us out of business. But all hope is not lost. There is still one last thing we think we could potentially pull off but it will mean putting our entire brand's identity at risk. So follow us for part two.
