Today I'm leaving my Tech Sales job of six years. Let me explain why. I joined Demandbase right out of college in the summer of 2018. At the time, I had tons of debt and no money to my name, but joining this company was one of the greatest decisions of my life, personally and professionally. I started as an SDR, booking meetings for other people, but then I moved into a closing role, which I became obsessed with. I got to experience working in New York City in my early 20s. New York City happy hours are no joke. I made lifelong friends and got to travel the country, something that I never did growing up. In six years, I was named SDR of the year twice, President's Club three times, and closed over 6.4 million in SaaS. But, it's time for my next challenge. These past six years have been the best of my life, and I'm excited for what's next. I'll be announcing it soon, so stay tuned.
