What advice do you have for people in their 20s? I would say that it's the time to sprint. I think a lot of people these days talk about work-life balance and how they need to prioritize that. I think when you're in your 20s, you have a lot of time and a lot of energy, but not a lot of social capital, skills, or money yet. So you can start to trade the time and the energy for some of those more valuable skills that I think will actually, you know, just like how interest compounds in the stock market, I think that all of those skills and all of that experience compounds in your 20s. You know, the best I heard it was actually from the Netflix co-founder and he described it as jumping into like, I think it's an Ironman, but basically a swimming race. And if you try and pace yourself right at the beginning, you're getting kicked in the face and like people's arms are scratching your eyes. But if you just sprint right at the beginning, you're in open waters and then you can truly start to pace yourself. I think that every like hyper-successful person that you look at and you look at what they're doing in their 20s, it wasn't one of prioritizing work-life balance. That's the advice I give to people in their 20s. You can still enjoy yourself, but it's the time to sprint.
