What benefits do you consider money?

What benefits do you consider money? I'm genuinely interested because there are a few benefits that like if I'm looking at a holistic salary package or I'm thinking like do I want to transition roles, do I want to stay, there are a couple benefits that for me like I put a monetary value to them and like they are more money to me than actual money. Like for me the first one is remote or hybrid work. Like how many days do I get to be home? I love working from home. I am so much more productive and I am so much happier. That is money. Uh number two is unlimited PTO. I've always had unlimited PTO. I always take it in healthy amounts. If somebody told me you only have like 15 days, I think my brain would explode. Like I don't think I could do that. Like PTO is money, real money. Third is autonomy. I would let go of so much base salary to not have a micromanagey manager. That to me is also money.
