if you're trying to get a job, especially if you're interviewing with multiple companies, you need to make that company want you more than you want them. This might sound like so obvious, but here is how we are going to get multiple and leverage multiple offers. In the early stages of the interview process, you are going to keep your cards very close to your chest. You're gonna express so much excitement and gratefulness for the opportunity to interview for this company. You are going to send all of your thank yous, you're gonna send your follow UPS, you're gonna do your best job in the interview process. But at the same time we are going to say, hey, I'm interviewing with multiple companies, however I am most excited about this role. Even if you aren't sure that you feel that way yet, still say it, still express that excitement. And then when you get to the end of the interview process, like the very last stage, that's when you can say, hey, I have a couple competing offers, I'm at similar stages with different companies, however I'm still very excited about this role, so I'd like to see how we can make our package most competitive. And because the company at this stage wants you more, they will match those offers.
