Let's talk about three reasons why your virtual call center or staffing agency is not successful. I'm Sarah, CEO and founder of Genes Consume Solutions. I own my own staffing agency and my own employment agency. I also have worked with the Rise platform, private contracts, government contracting, and business to business contracting. I'm also a consultant firm and I have helped some of you guys and hopefully some future business owners with starting their own agencies and specifically starting their own call centers. Now, let's talk about the main three reasons why people are finding trouble with launching and getting their call center businesses or staffing agencies off the ground. These are the three common issues that I see. The first one, no clients. You have no clients. So I usually tell people, before you start your business, you need to have a business plan and a client lead list. This is not a business that you start first, figure out how it no. So if you're agency and you're at a standstill, you probably only had one client, either it was the Rise platform, you didn't have any clients and you don't to make money. So a lot of people quit because they have trouble finding reliable and trustworthy clients or contracts. You can tap in with me, I can help you figure out how to do that. The easiest way sometimes is to Google some of these platforms, reach out to local businesses near you to gain them as clients. Let's move on to number two. The second one, not enough managerial experience. A lot of people wanna start businesses without actually having any business owner knowledge, any business owner courses. You didn't even run a popsicle stand and you wanna run a whole business. That's not sustainable. You need to take business creation seriously. You need to invest in your higher education when it comes to owning a business because you constantly learn and pivot. If you aren't business savvy and you try to get into business, the main thing that you're about to do is just lose money. Alright, now let's move on to the last. The third one, and this is mostly what I see with call centers, no structure. So a lot of you guys' call center businesses are not popping off, they're not continuing to do well because you have no structure. You have no organizational chart, no onboarding, you have no orientation plan, no retention strategy and you don't have a customer relationship system or CRM system. Meaning, how can you start a call center business without the business? People's call centers failed because they didn't create a business. A rise, they bought an LLC and then thought people were just magically work for them. That's not how employment works. If you pay somebody every two weeks, you need to you own a legitimate company that has a mission and a value. People just made these pop-up shop businesses and they didn't work. Something that people buy in. That's my advice on why your staffing agency or call center is having trouble getting off the ground. You something new today? Make sure you hit that like button. And if I didn't mention something that you learned through, make sure you comment what people should learn. Alright y'all, thank you, bye.
