What are the 3 worst businesses? One retail store fronts. Only do that if you want to sell live laugh love, shirts to your little heart's desire, but you actually want to lose some money. Really hard to make money. Oh, don't don't do retail. Dramatic business. Expensive store front. Also, you buy your inventory up front, sell it months later, super hard to win. The second one is restaurants. Highest failure rate of any business, and that's because you have inventory that doesn't stay over time. No, who's setting up restaurants? That is basically, this is at the moment showing me don't do anything in real life and do everything online because it's better. You also have a really tough lever for me the people that you hire move in and out frequently and most people don't have loyalty to restaurants except those that exist for a long period of time. I mean the really busy ones I've definitely got some loyalty too but regular ones yeah you're right now. The third are hotels which one of the only businesses where your clients expect you to deliver them something fix problems for them 247. have absolute bank in order to build a hotel and or just buy a hotel. All of these businesses are actually really expensive to start. That's the biggest thing here. Like you want to start a business and be as profitable as fast as possible unless you're raising investment. And therefore, none of these businesses, because let's be honest, you couldn't start a physical shop, restaurant or a hotel with the money that you have in your bank account right now. Let's be honest. And if you could, there would be better ways to spend that money. Definitely avoid all of these. Code's 100% right.
