Adding Dashy to my homelab

Let's get Dashy added to my homelab so we can have a cool dashboard to monitor all of my services. Using Portainer, we can create a new stack and name it accordingly. I'll grab the docker compose file directly from the Dashy GitHub repository and paste it into my stack. Once the container is up and running, we can navigate to the IP and wait for Dashy to load. And we're done. Now I just need to configure my dashboard and start adding some services to monitor. Here are some examples of what other people's dashboards look like. Once mine is done, I'll upload another video and show it off.
