A little bit of me regrets choosing to intern at a company that was known for having really low intern conversion rates. At the time, I didn't think too much about it. I was super excited about the offer and I thought to myself, in the worst case, if I don't get a return offer, I can just put this prestigious name on my resume and I'll be able to get any other job once I start recruiting again. But that is not the case. Because the market is so dry right now. So this is my advice to incoming interns. If you have some options, you should probably choose the company that's going to convert you because at the end of the day, you are interning because you want a full-time job.
