A little bit of me regrets choosing to intern at a company that was known for having really low intern conversion rates. At the time, I didn't think too much about it. I was super excited about the offer and I thought to myself, in the worst case, if I don't get a return offer, I can just put this prestigious name on my resume and I'll be able to get any other job once I start recruiting again.
