Number one, you have two options when it comes to investing with Trading 212, the Stocks ISA or the Invest account, and for most people you should be choosing the Stocks ISA. This is because you get 20,000 pounds every single tax year completely tax-free to invest within this account. Number two, if you want to make multiple investments, you should be using the pie feature. You can either use a custom one, a model one, or a social one. In my opinion, you should be using the custom pie. This means you're building your own pie with your own investments that suit your investment needs and your risk tolerance. Number three, if you've just opened your account within the last 10 days, you can still claim your free fractional share worth up to 100 pounds. You can use the code WILL to claim this free fractional share. You get a kickback, I get a kickback, it's a win-win. Number four, when you're adding funds to your Trading 212 account, you should either be using the instant bank transfer or the bank transfer. Because once you've deposited over 2,000 pounds into your accounts, you will be paying a 0.7% fee on everything you add after that. That completely takes away from some of the gains you could potentially be making within your Stocks ISA. And number five, if you want to make investing automatic, I'm going to show you quickly how to set up a standing order. So to do that, you're going to press the bank transfer one, not anything else, just the bank transfer. Then it's going to ask you to add a bank account, so you'll just need to fill out all of your details here. Then it's going to give you your unique details that you need to put into your own bank account to set up the standing order. I've completely blanked mine out because I don't want you sending me any dough. And then from here, you'll go back to your pie, set up the auto-invest feature, and just press confirm, and then your standing order will be done. So I hope this video was useful for all Trading 212 beginners, and I look forward to seeing your investing journey in 2026.
