I also really resonated with the company values, like <insert company value here:> I've been unemployed for a long time, so I really need a new job. Let me make that abundantly clear. It looks like you've only held manager-level roles. And this is a senior manager role. In my current role, where I've been a manager for three years, I'm handling senior manager duties. Let me walk you through those. That's true, but I really deserve a promotion. I've been in this job for years, and other people who have been there for less time than me have gotten promotions. Okay. Any questions for me? I have a few, mostly about your vision for the team and what high performance at the company looks like. I know the job description said three days a week in the office.
