The pay listed on the job description was matching what you were looking for. It was 80 to 90. Does that fall within what you're looking for? Yeah, that's definitely within range. This is a full remote role. You know, this is not, you know, some typical BDR role where you're cranking out 50 to 100 calls a day. It's going to be more like five, six calls a day that are well researched. You're updating CRM, you're putting in a lot of pre-sales work and you are becoming technical in this position. Okay, nice. So, yeah. You know, he's not someone who's going to be very micromanaging. He really wants the reps to just come in, have the knowledge about the industry, the product, and then be able to then have agency with how they manage their time and the accounts. Company, I will say that the, the sales people here, growth potential and the earning potential is truly amazing with what our sales and account executives can earn. Um, and this role would be one where you could grow into an account executive from this position.
