Okay, great. So last question. What are your salary expectations for this role? Yeah, well, based on my experience and what I've seen for similar roles in this market, I am targeting something in the 75k to 85k range. However, I am flexible depending on the scope of the role, the growth opportunities and benefits, but I'm really just focused on long term fit here. Uh, I do also want to note that when I auto applied through Sprout, it surfaced a range of 70k to 90k for the role. And my application was tailored specifically to this posting. So I wanted to anchor somewhere in that window and see what feels realistic on your end. Yeah, I appreciate you sharing that, but I want to be transparent. You know, that's a bit higher than what we typically start at this level. For most candidates coming in with similar experience, we're closer to the low seventies. Yeah, well, that totally makes sense. I'm definitely open to conversation there. My thinking is just based on the scope of the role and the impact I'd be expected to have from day one. And you know, if we're aligned on growth and trajectory, I'm super comfortable discussing a starting point that makes sense for both sides. Yeah, that's fair. Um, we try to balance starting range with long term growth. So there may be flexibility depending on how the rest of the process goes. Yeah, totally. I do appreciate the transparency.
