I just got the keys to our brand new Vancouver apartment, so I wanted to take you guys on a tour. Coming in you have a really large foyer area and this great pantry slash storage room. Have this full bathroom over here. A really nice coat closet. A side by side washer dryer, which in Vancouver is hard to find. Over here is going to be my daughter's room. She's never had her own bedroom, we're going to be painting it. Um so it's got a cute little closet, nice little space. Um the view. I'm sorry. Over here is going to be my son's room. So again he we're going to paint in here for him. And he's got this cute little window here. His view is equally amazing. There's the gas station. A really nice big closet. Also has his own little ensuite bathroom with Over here is the primary bedroom. So there is this nice double vanity. There's light. A shower and this bathtub, which is great. This is kind of unique. Nice walking closet. My bedroom and our view. So this would be the living room area and there's a little fireplace here. And of course the beautiful view of Coal Harbour. Here is another view angle here. Over here, this is Stanley Park. I love that I have the view while I'm cooking in the kitchen. The kitchen's just kind of basic. It has this great peninsula and nice built-ins. Needs a new fridge, we're going to replace this. How do we feel about this you guys? Over in this corner is going to be my office. I work from home, so this is great. And this creek's view, um but we also have a balcony. Ah. You can hear all the seaplanes. Now I'm going to show you guys the amenities. So there's a hot tub and a big pool. Sauna, steam room, gym, door space that has the play equipment. And there you have it. Hopefully I don't have to move again anytime soon.
