I pay $4800 to live downtown Vancouver and this is what our apartment looks like. So the entryway is just a dump zone for strollers and bags and storage and the pantry. To the right there is a full bathroom potty training. Decent size coat closet for all of us. This is the laundry room. You can go down here to the kids area. This is my daughter's room. Love her view. Nice big closet. This is my son's room. He's got a cool little space here, nice big closet. His view is the same and this bedroom also has a full bathroom for the kids. This is the main living situation. We have this chandelier, dining room. This is my office. I work from home, so love this. So nice. And this is the main living area. Nice and cozy. It's got that same view. And then in here is my bedroom. We have big walk-in closet. Kids have been in here. Shower, tub. Don't know how I feel about a glass wall. And this is the bedroom side. King size bed, TV, office-ish, and of course the view. Lions Gate Bridge is right here and you can see it lit up at night. It's awesome. So yeah, that is the tour. The building has a full-time concierge, parking is included, a pool, sauna, gym, hot tub. There's an outdoor play area for the kids. It is pet friendly. Hi Asoka. And yeah, I love raising kids in the city. I know it's not for everybody, but would you pay this much to live here?
