Let's go pick up apple's new six hundred dollar laptop the MacBook Neo. Now I've never picked up an Apple product on pre-sale before so I decided to show up a bit early in case there was a huge line. My appointment was at 11:45 and I got there at 11:20 but there was no line. And I know Apple's really serious about their appointment times so I passed time elsewhere before taking my rightful place. What struck me immediately is how heavy it was. I don't know what I was expecting but for six hundred dollars I was expecting them to hand me what felt like a piece of paper. Setup was a breeze taking only about ten minutes. I'm a software engineer so I'm going to play with this some more to figure out how good it is at handling code.
