I think some restaurants are genuinely losing their minds because why are they starting to add operational charges to your bill? Not a tip, not a service charge, an operational charge. And it's not 2%. The bill I got last week was literally a 20% operational charge. And when I asked the bartender if that includes tip, she said no. So you're literally tipping operational charge 20% and then another 18% for waiter waitress's tip. I mean, this is just absolutely insane.
