How different do you think your life would be if you found out you were making this much money instead of this? Probably pretty different, right? Well, when we told this brand that they had actually been making this much from Google Ads instead of this much, it completely changed their decision making. 'Cause all of a sudden, that they were getting an extra 700 customers a year from Google Ads that was resulting in $350,000 that they had no fucking clue about. Their return on ad spend from Google Ads was not 2.4, but actually closer to 4.3. With that knowledge in mind, they decided to spend an extra $50,000 a month on Google Ads. And how do you think the point I'm making is, the biggest brands in the world just know way more than you about their customers than you do, because they actually get good data. So if you run an online brand that spends a lot of money on ads, invest in first party data and server side tracking because that is the only way to know what your customers actually do on your websites and what makes them convert. And if you don't have that data, you can't make good decisions. And if you can't make good decisions, how the heck are you supposed to grow your business?
