Your GPU is literally telling you to enable this to get more FPS. First, press the Windows key and type Nvidia, then click on the app. On the left, click on Graphics, then Global Settings. Open your DLSS override, go to custom, and in Super Resolution, choose what fits your GPU. If you have an RTX 20 or 30 series GPU, choose preset K. And if you have a 40 or 50 series GPU, choose M. Then scroll down to power management and set it to prefer maximum performance.
