Here's how to enable brand new DLSS 4.5 on your NVIDIA GPU. Start by opening your NVIDIA app and going to the graphics tab. Hit global settings, click on DLSS mode presets and hit latest. This will instantly give you access to DLSS 4.5. It's really meant though for ultra performance and performance presets. For the older ones, it's better to just stay on DLSS 4.
