This take may offend some people, but there's probably a 12 month window, maybe less, where any founder, co-founder or leader who is not AI native is going to lose their seat. They are going to become a dinosaur. It's already happening. And here's what I mean. If you're not orchestrating different agents in cloud code, within cloud co work, itself for hours every day, you've duplicated yourself, you don't feel like you're 10 times more capable than you were six months ago, like you could be another 10 times better than you are now, six weeks from now, you're falling so far behind. It's just compounding every single day. And that's the bar for founders now. Really, a leadership team, because the founders that you're competing with have duplicated themselves five to 10 times already, right? For some sort of VP role, you're gonna be compared against someone who spends all day in code. If you are still doing everything manually, you're going to lose your seat extremely soon. I would say you deserve to lose your seat. It's not too late. If you are spending all day in Claude code, talking to it with whisper and telling different workflows and agents what you're doing it wrong.
