If you're building a SaaS in 2026, you have to meet the new level of expectation that 10xers have from their software, right? It's no longer acceptable to build a bunch of functional blocks, ask the user to arrange those blocks in a way that helps them accomplish the tasks within your tool. Instead, you have to build intelligent clay that anyone can mould into the exact shape that they want, that is fully personalised to exactly how they wanna use your tool. They can just mould it by talking to their computer with Whisper. That is the product experience that every 10xer expects now. And it's why if you're just building old school software, giving a bunch of components, building a bunch of templates, and it's not something that I can change live, daily, hourly, every minute, just by speaking instructions and then having it change and be customised for exactly how I wanna use it for me, then you don't make the cut. I'd rather just use Claude and build something custom myself. I like, I'm gonna cancel. You have to build intelligent clay for the specific vertical or use case that you're providing this software for. That's the only way you win.
