Here are my non-negotiables for feeling good while working hard. Slower mornings, time blocking, and eye drops. I prefer to start my day for the first hour without my phone. Trust me, it has made such a big difference in my productivity. You have to try it. Number two is time blocking. Anything between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. is dedicated to work. Anything after 6:00 p.m. is kind of split between myself, friends, family, and my side hustles. Number three is eye drops. I spend a lot of late nights working on my dreams outside my nine to five, and I kind of thought dry, tired eyes was part of just staring at screens all day, until I realized it doesn't have to be. Now I use Blink Gel Tears when my dry, gritty eyes start acting up, and it gives me the relief I need to keep going. It's extra moisturizing for daytime and nighttime use, and it's a small change that makes a big difference for me.
