30 days of NYC Beauty Secrets ✨ 🗺️ 📍
I just moved to NYC and am OBSESSED with beauty
All the best finds never seem to make it to TikTok
so this is your guide to every thing beauty in the city 🏙️ ✨
First stop: the most
chaotic French pharmacy
on the Upper East Side
📍 Zitomer
One of my favourite
journalists/authors told me
about this spot
So I knew it was going
to be good
They've got all the Mason
Pearson a girl could ask for.
Wish they had testers at
that price point but fun to
marvel at if nothing else
They stock a lot of cute
European brands I had never
heard of.
It was fun to sniff and play with
truly beautiful brands (i'm
so tired of purely viral products)
But in the same breath, they
had the number 1 selling
product in beauty on
Amazon too?!
(The Nutrafol hair vitamins
move units like crazyyyyy)
It was the selection of Haircare
products that I thought was
easily most impressive.
Haircare is only in the last few
years retaking beyond salons
and it can be hard to find the
best brands all in one place.
They have easily more options
than a Sephora for instance.
The makeup was a lot less
exciting. Feels like stepping back
in time to an old department
store in a way that's partly
nostalgic and partly dated.
I am not used to see so much
stock on the shelf which was
odly satisfying haha
There is a lottttt going on
in there. So much
random stuff too
tbh I didn't last as long as
I do in a Sephora/Ulta
until I was overwhelmed
But definitely worth checking
out for its uniqueness and
brand selection.
