Day 15 of 30 NYC Beauty Secrets 🚕 A fancy Upper East Side apartment was turned into a boutique beauty store I recently moved to New York City and I'm obsessed with all things beauty. I found all the best spots never make it to TikTok so this is your guide. 🗺️✨ Today we are visiting Violet Grey's flagship off Madison Avenue in the Upper East Side It's down an alley and you feel a little lost on the way there You immediately step into what feels like a rich persons living room that just happens to be drowning in product. Nothing is really merchandised and instead displayed in pre war furniture There are photos taped to the walls, a desk, and a seating area that all give the feeling someone lives there It's both cool and overwhelming. I loved it as a concept store but can't imagine actually discovering, playing or purchasing product there. You feel kind of in the way and the day I was there, the staff where quite unfriendly. I'm on a hunt to find all the best spots in the city so be sure to follow along!
