The greatest form of self love, in my opinion, is living a life that is peaceful, that is not rooted in constantly having to be busy, constantly having to be in the mix. And I know that, people love to be constantly busy, love to be active, that's their MO and maybe that is people's career, right? But more often than not, success is rooted in discipline, and discipline often requires consistency. And consistency is often boring, right? That's a concept that a lot of people don't really grasp nowadays. And for, as I've gotten older, I'm not super old or early 30s, but I truly value my time. And I truly value my weekends. Like, it's Sunday, I'm on the way to Equinox, I'm gonna get a workout in and, you know, enjoying myself. I'm not hungover. Last night, me and Emily, and the pups, we made steaks and we hung out with each other. And it was awesome. And, um, me, that is fulfilling, right? I'm not longing to be in the clubs, to be hungover, um, to constantly move, you know, getting, like, you know, saying, of the greatest form of self love is a consistent, slow life, if you can get to a peaceful life, right? And often rooted in that is people's success, and success is often rooted in discipline, consistency. Consistency is often boring. Think about that.
