luxury gym memberships are worth the money. Flat out worth the money. When I left Texas, I was working out at Lifetime there and I paused my membership, but I thought when I got back to Chicago that it would be wise to maybe test out my apartment gym, maybe a local LA Fitness for a month or so. And just getting back to Lifetime or a luxury gym truly is a night and day experience, right? And I'm not trying to sound pretentious or put anyone down who can't afford that or doesn't really feel like it's necessary, but for me, as someone who really values health, fitness, and wellness, just being in that environment for an hour, you know, utilizing the amenities, sauna, also being around people who take pride in their self-appearance, right? I actually that actually motivates me more as well as when I see people who put thought into how they approach the gym, how they utilize equipment and the etiquette around it. It's it's it's truly worth it. And yeah, it's just a reminder to invest in yourself there if you can, right? If you have the means, I think it's worth it. Yes, they are pricey and sometimes they may be a little you know, don't make sense in regards to the price, but overall, that price is very, very worth it to me. And I think you should look into doing the same for you as well.
