What makes this car so damn special? This is my 2014 M5 and after owning this car, I now believe that this is one of the best BMWs ever made. The biggest reason, this 4.4 liter twin turbo V8 making over 750 horsepower and reliably, the 7-speed dual clutch transmission sending 100% of that power to the rear wheels. But it's not just the power that makes me love this thing. It's the fact that the Germans got this boat to handle so well. Thanks to the M5's competition suspension that's lower and stiffer than any other 5 series. Diabolical amounts of power and handling better than almost any sedan on the market. But the inside is what really sells me. Like these heated, cooled, massaging seats, heated steering wheel, a $10,000 Bang & Olufsen sound system, leather on every square inch and Alcantara headliner. On the fly adjustment of your suspension dampening, your steering response and your engine's tune. All with room for the whole rear seat. The heated rear seat. All of that packed into this sedan is what makes the M5 the greatest sedan ever. I've been a BMW guy my whole life, but after owning the F10 M5, I can never go back. I always need luxury, power, and handling in my life, which you can only find in an M5. That's why in my mind, the F10 M5 is the greatest car ever.
