Vine is back! Kind of. Vine is back, kind of. It's called "Divine" now. Six second loops with no A I. Slop allowed. There recovered 500,000 original vines from binary files, and you can watch them all in app. But here's the irony. Jack Dorsey, the guy who killed Vine at Twitter, is funding the comeback. Vine died because Twitter missed the creator economy entirely. TikTok picked up the wreckage and built an empire. So will divine be different, baby? It's built on an open protocol. You own your account, your feed, your data, and you have to record in app or prove authenticity. Six second content is coming back. If you're a creator, this is your window to claim a format before it gets too crowded. Same way early tiktokers own their niches before the algorithms got too competitive. It's currently in beta, but be on the lookout for when it's officially live.
