My best friend and I live together, we are always sending each other links to things to do, but we never actually hang out. So I built something to fix it called Bestie Day. A web app that takes all your favorite things saved throughout the week and turns it into a cute aesthetic custom itinerary. I went on Cursor, gave it a few simple prompts using plan mode. For example, we always set the day with a workout and prefer cooking at home over eating out. So Bestie Day made sure to account for all that. Cursor mapped out the core flow, updated the UI, and fixed its own errors. And the part that blows my mind, I built most of this while running my full-time job as a startup founder. With Cursor, I can use Composer to describe a feature, leave the house, and come back to it just like that. So here is the Bestie Day I built for us this weekend. We finally got out of the house and went and did something, and for that, I am truly grateful.
