I recently learned that this box of external hard drives that I've used to document all of my family's precious memories is deteriorating. So, I created a Bot to help solve this problem. Archiving our personal media and our data is not a one and done process, instead it's a cycle that we have to maintain throughout our lifetime. Some of these drives are over 10 years old so I am way overdue to move all of this data onto a fresh hard drive, but I also want to sort and organize everything as I go. So what I did is I showed my bot exactly how I want all of my files structured and it watched me and now it can replicate that whole workflow. Doing all this manually would have taken me months, but now my Bot has a computer in the cloud running in the background. Also, it is so smart. It created a spreadsheet for me with in-depth descriptions of what is inside every folder, so I can quickly access my photos and my videos later if needed. So, I could go from this to just this while I was making new memories with my family.
