Hey, so quick update. I wanted to share with you. I just found out I'm four weeks pregnant. Oh, oh. Oh, wow. Um, wow. Congratulations. Okay. Um, I guess we should talk about what that means for your role. You know, this team moves pretty fast, long hours, like we need high availability. And I know that pregnancy can be super unpredictable. Um, my performance hasn't changed. I'm still doing my job. Right, but I'm just like thinking I had, right? So, appointments, fatigue, I know your priorities are going to be shifting. I just don't want this to become like unfair to the rest of the team, you know? Like, okay, just being fully transparent, honestly, I just don't know if this role is going to be good or compatible with your new lifestyle. So, you're saying I can't work here anymore. No, I wouldn't put it like that. I'm just saying like it might be best for you to part ways with us. Interesting because when I auto applied to other roles through Sprout, none of them said getting pregnant disqualified you from employment. Those posting actually listed paid pregnancy leave since every application on there is personalized for the role. I remember that pretty clearly. So is this something you want to put in writing or should I loop in HR? Um okay, maybe it's maybe it's better if we take this off line? No, let's keep it on record. Forget this job. I can find a better one. I have literally never heard something like that before. I'm just going to be auto applying on sp to get a different job.
