My boss wants me BACK after he fired me. Hey you. Um hi, I was invited to this meeting. Yes yes yes, we are super excited to chat with you today about potentially rejoining our team. Wait, wasn't I replaced with AI two months ago? See, here's the crazy thing with that. It actually ended up costing us way more money to buy the software to replace you than it would have been to keep you. So, we're prepared to offer you your job back. Same benefits, your PTO hours would be honored and such. So, what do you say? Are you being serious right now? Two months ago I was fired with no warning and I'm just now starting to get some interviews lined up because I started using Sprout to auto apply. Well, I'm sorry to hear that it's been a difficult couple of months, but glad to hear you still don't have a job. You can even have your old desk back. Right next to the men's room? Yeah, I don't think so. Alright, let's cut to the chase. What do I need to give you for you to come back? Management is really pissed at me right now because I was the one who pitched the AI switch in the first place. So, I want $120,000 a year base salary with annual bonus incentives. What?
