Okay, well, if I knew you were going to leave, I would have gone to talent and like, I don't know, try and increase your pay, give you some more work from home days. God, did you already sign? I did. Okay, well, if you had another offer, I would have let you. Anyways, fuck. How much notice are you giving me? Today is my last day. Your last day? Okay, yeah, um, that's that's going to be a little tough for me. I hear you, but I have to put myself and my family first. I know, makes sense. It's it's an employer's market. So, I just auto applied on Sprout and it personalizes my resume and applies to each job on my behalf. I would really consider treating your employees a little better, as with apps like this, it's going to turn into an employee market pretty soon.
